The 25 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, air conditioning (hot/cold), and a washing machine (available on request). Enjoy a private outdoor area, garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue. Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is available on the property. Smoking and events are not permitted inside the house. Pets are allowed on prior request (an extra fee may apply for a second pet). Water-saving devices are installed throughout. The pool is open year-round and heated from April 15 to November 15. Outside this period, pool heating is available for an extra fee. An electric or hybrid vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee.
